Hi, I’m claudia barfoot

Integrative Psychotherapist, Psychoanalyst, Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator, and Ancestral Healing Practitioner.

I believe potent healing work is an active process that requires openness to the paradoxes of life, curiosity, compassion and commitment.

Throughout a 20 year career as a psychodynamic psychotherapist and trauma informed mental health professional, I’ve guided hundreds of people to allow their truths to emerge, encourage them to honor themselves, to allow all of who they are to belong, and to let their self discovery transform their lives. With the same gravitas, my 25 years of exploration, apprenticeship and practice of ancestral ways of knowing, healing and experiencing the world has provided me with enough roadmaps to help others navigate their internal world and its depths, their interdependence to the outer world, and their connection to soul and spirit.

I’m currently licensed as a Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in the state of Colorado, granting me the right to legally work with psilocybin mushrooms to aid my clients in their healing process, and provide a non-judgmental space to process previous journey experiences, or ceremonies done outside the country, or outside the current legal framework.

With confidence and expertise I invite you to explore who you are, go beyond your beliefs, and create a life that fulfills you.
